We took a 7-8 mile walk around South Lake Union and decided to take a breather at Pablo y Pablo in Fremont--a perfect weekend pit stop. Their shrimp ceviche didn't hold back, and the draft Mexican beer was just what we needed. The menu's fusion twist surprised us; I tried the banh mi pork belly tacos. They could've used a bit more fat on the belly, but I still happily polished off three spicy, juicy tacos. My girl went for one of their best sellers--the fish--and she's already planning a return visit next week for more. Next time, we're thinking of grabbing some churros to enjoy at Gas Works Park if the weather's nice. There's still so much to explore on their menu, but we're definitely appreciating the Mexican food spots popping up in Seattle--we need more like this!

Yum yum yum. My friend and I recently came here for a nice weekday dinner - without a reservation, we were seated immediately. The classic marg? Yum. It had plenty of salt and was incredibly refreshing. This was arguably some of the best guac I've held - I loved the kick from the jalapeños and the raw onions sprinkled on top. Chips were served fresh and warm! For dinner, I got the chicken enchiladas - you get a choice of red or green sauce, and I went with red. They were hearty and delicious. I couldn't finish them because the portion was great! My friend had the fish bowl and loved it / he definitely finished his whole plate. Overall, just a fun place with great service. While we got there too late, their happy hour options look great!

Food was really good I ordered 2 different tacos and drinks were very tasty. We came right before dinner time so we had to wait 20 mins to order as they were switching from their lunch menu. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. Convenient location, walking distance from gas works.

We love Pablo y Pablo! Nice outdoor patio seating, short walk from gas works park, delicious cocktails and mocktails, and vegan options! It's a pretty similar menu to their sister restaurant Barrio in Cap Hill, but I've tried the vegan ops at both and Pablo y Pablo is better!! The vegan nachos have a spicy vegan cashew cheese, and you can add beans or fake chorizo. They have plenty of toppings, pile of guacamole, pickled veggies. You can do a two taco plate with rice and beans (just ask for no cotija) and there are four vegan taco options. I actually really like the banh mi taco, very fresh and delicious, spicy too. My friend got the fish taco (not vegan) and said it was good. There's also a vegan chocolate mousse dessert! Didn't get it bc I'm not a huge chocolate fan. Friend got a spicy margarita (said it was spicy) and I got a fun mocktail called the pina granada with pineapple and pomegranate juice. We were stuffed! Couldn't totally finish the nachos but picked at them for a while. I love this place, great for vegans, vegetarians, omnivores. Patio is also dog friendly! Service is great, our server helped answer all our questions and was attentive but gave us time to chill. I'll be back!

Living in Canada means absolutely no one knows what Mexican food is, especially for a Californian. I gave my friend the hard task of finding me quality tacos in Seattle and luckily, as a California girl herself, she'd had Pablo y Pablo before and knew it would hit the spot. We rolled over for a weekday happy hour and enjoyed margaritas, chips and guacamole, taquitos, and 2x of their happy hour tacos. The chips and guacamole, plus the excellent taquitos, really hit the spot for me. I ultimately went non-conventional and had their cauliflower taco which I truly enjoyed. Plus side, the menu is easy to read, gluten free options are clearly marked, and the bartender is not only an excellent mixer, but he was kind as well. Definitely a place I'll go again next visit.

We went here after work from Happy Hour and we ordered the $10 drinks: classic margarita, blood orange margarita, and green chili pineapple mule. We also ordered off the $10 snack: chips & guacamole and small classic nachos. The food and drinks were sooo yummy , I especially loved the nachos and mule. The ambiance was great - it was very aesthetic and lot of natural sunlight so it was so fun going here on a sunny day. The staff was also very friendly - we had a few questions about the menu and they answered all of our questions very thoroughly.

Came to Pablo Y Pablo for Cinco De Mayo. a decent crowd but we were able to secure some seats fairly quickly. Got in just in time for some Happy hour Margaritas which were good. You have the option of doubling it or getting a pint for $5 more - which is nice, and thinking back may have been the better value. To start was chips and guac of course. Not bad, not exceptional, a bit high at $12, the chips of course are unlimited. Along with that got crispy Brussels topped with nuts. I got the beef birria quesadillas (that I actually think were just tacos) a continued favorite of mine at mexi spots and it definitely hit the spot in the way of cheesy goodness. -corn tortillas (Which I am always pleased to see), Oaxaca & jack cheese, jalapeño salsa, cilantro, and of course with broth for dipping. There was plenty of it too. My Buddy got 'Taco duos' and they got the thumbs up from him. The food was really good, I found things to be a tad pricey though, especially being that I've had birria tacos about as good, for comparatively cheaper. Still a good time though.

Came here for a late brunch and 10/10 experience. The horchata was incredible. Had the pork carnitas hash which was covered in the best chipotle hollandaise sauce, which sounds spicier than it was. A friend got the dolce de leche French toast and loved it, but she wish he got a side to balance out the sweetness. Can't wait to come back and try the dinner menu. Really polite staff as well!

Came here to meet a friend for a Friday 3pm happy hour. Sweet location and beautiful interior. I haven't been to the other locations in the city but really enjoyed the big windows and vibe of the place. Saw a few folks solo dining too which to me is always a good sign of a place where ppl feel really comfortable. Service was friendly and not overbearing. Really enjoyed their HH bites and drinks.
